  6. Present purchase offer / negotiate terms to Seller(s)
  7. Acceptance of Real Estate Sales Contract by Seller(s)
  8. Approval of Real Estate Sales Contract by Personal Attorney
  9. If elected, search for the right Home Inspector
    • Accept
    • Decline or
    • Re-Negotiate Terms of Real Estate Sales Contract
  10. Meet with licensed mortgage professional to begin mortgage application
  11. Confirm available financing terms
  12. If elected, lock interest rate
